The third instalment of this series brings us to Campbellton, New Brunswick, to the Dover-Tingley neighbourhood.
The Dover-Tingley project was constructed c. 1970 in a partnership between the CMHC and the New Brunswick Housing Corporation (NB Housing). The 10-acre site was planned to contain 341 bedrooms in total across 105 units. It appears to have been largely constructed as designed.
